Confusion over the Supreme Court order of April 29 took a fresh turn today when authorities sought clarification over whether the order includes two-wheelers or not. However, the Delhi Transport Minister, Parvez Hashmi, later clarified that the order only applies to non-commercial passenger cars, keeping two-wheelers out of its ambit.
