SC rejects early hearing of NBA petition

The Supreme Court declined to fix an early date for the hearing of an application by the Narmada Bachao Andolan seeking certain clarifications on its recent judgement permitting raising of the height of the Sardar Sarovar Dam up to 90 metres.
