The Rajasthan Minister for Tribal Area Development, Kanakmal Katara, has said that the implementation of schemes worth Rs. 3.87 crores for construction of roads in the tribal-dominated districts in southern parts of the State during 2005-06 would bring the region to the mainstream of development. Mr. Katara, dedicating the newly constructed Surata-Antri road in Dungarpur district over the week-end, said the extension of roads would facilitate prompt delivery of services in the remote villages and ensure their development.
