The seafood exporters association of India has demanded the Central Government to pass the Aquaculture bill. A delegation of the association led by its president Mr. A. J. Tharakan, which met the Union Commerce Minister. Mr. Ramakrishna Hegde at New Delhi recently, also wanted the Centre to provide financial assistance for aquaculture.
