The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organising the sixth summit of chief secretaries in Surajkund on 19 April. The summit will consider recommendations for development of the National Capital Region, tourism, infrastructure and value added tax. PHDCCI northern regional development council chairman Ashok Khanna said that the summit would try to forge a common plan for the entire region in terms of environmental protection, drainage, conservation, identification of areas for forestation and recreation.
