The much hyped augmentation scheme to supply raw water to Khandpur river from Selaulim Irrigation Project through Kalay river has raised eyebrows in Sanguem in Goa. The department has kept as many as five openings with the same diameter pipes as those being used to supply water from Selaulim Irrigation Project.
