With UP not releasing the required raw water for Sonia Vihar plant even after several reminders from the Centre, CM Sheila Dikshit is likely to take up up the matter at the highest quarters. Sources say Dikshit is going to raise the issue with PM Manmohan Singh for some final resolution to this problem so that water to the new plant does not remain hostage to political expediency.
