Dwarka, the growing township on the western fringe of the Capital may be the beneficiary of a major decision by the Union Cabinet. For the construction of an approach road from Dwarka, where several lakh people living presently have a harrowing time everyday while commuting to offices, will reduce the travelling time to Connaught Place by an hour to 30-35 minutes.
