Sierra Club green award comes to India

There is some motivation for environmental NGOs, businesses and even labour unions to rush into newer and more society-based conservational activities. The Sierra Club, an influential grassroots environmental organisation with nearly 1.3 million supporters worldwide, has announced its $100,000 'Green Energy and Green Livelihoods Achievement Award' in India.
