Govt : Just as Singaporeans were bracing for a spell of hazy weather, the Meteorological Service of Singapore has announced that Singaporeans will escape the smog emanating from the forest fires in Indonesia in the next two weeks.Thanks to a changing weather pattern bringing scattered winds and rain to the city state, Singapore will remain haze-free for a while, Sim Choon Siong, a senior official with the MSS, said at a news conference today.
