Six people were killed, eleven injured seriously in police firing in Bagli tehsil of Dewas district on Monday morning. According to reports for the last five days there was a clash between police and tribals in the area on the issue of felling of trees. The tribals were staging chakkajam in protest against a drive 'Operation clean' launched by the district administration to prevent the felling of trees.
