Slum dwellers in Govindpura Industria, Madhya Pradesh have to pay heavily due to the dispute of two government agencies. The daily wagers have to walk miles wait hours together in queue, it is not even enough, they have to pay rupee 1 for 40 liter of water. Dwellers of Adarsh Nagar and Guatam Nagar have neither been allotted nor basic prerequitsit facilities.
