Accusing the BJP leaders and its Central Government of adopting anti-people policies, the Delhi Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit, termed "inhumane dislocation" of people from slum clusters in Kirti Nagar area of West Delhi as a violation of the Supreme Court orders.
