Master Plan of Delhi (MPD) 2021 draft is finally ready with this dream picture, with some inspiration from Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. After struggling for over seven years, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has completed the plan document which will govern the city's skyline for the next two decades at least.
