Minister for Health and Family Welfare Kagodu Thimmappa has expressed the need to create a satellite town for slum dwellers on the outskirts of the city to make Bangalore free of black spots. Inaugurating a two-day health summit organised by the Bangalore City Corporation (BCC), the minister extended support to the BCC to shift slums out of Bangalore.
