The Forest Minister, Mr. K. Sudhakaran, indicated here on Thursday that amendments would be brought to the proposed Bill to replace the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Ordinance at the report stage, to exclude small holdings from its purview.
