Smoke from forest and ground fires is beginning to shroud the skies over several parts of the Indonesian islands of Sumatra and Borneo, officials said on Tuesday."It is starting again. There are now indications that smoke from forest and ground burning is back," said David Nael of the Central Kaimantan province's Environmental Impact Agency.
