Soaring temperature to destroy 8,00,000 trees

Nearly three lakhs trees of the total eight lakhs in the BHEL Township have been fully destroyed due to high temperature. Rests are also on the verge of getting dried up. According to the garden specialist huge devastation of trees in the BHEL is the result of acute lowered water table in the region. However, investigation is still on to identify the reasons for this Catastrophe. BHEL has now planned to cut down the Eucalyptus trees in the township.
