The enraged people of Tavaragere in Kushtagi taluk of Koppal district have decided to sue the State Government for "breach of trust and cheating" following the failure of World Bank assisted Integrated Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Project (IRWAS&ESP) to take off, despite the people of the village contributing their share of money as envisaged in the project agreement.
