Unemployed, uneducated and surviving on earnings from rent colelcted from tenants, the "urban villagers" of south Delhi evoke pity for the reasons that have led to their such sorry state of affairs. The youths are beginning to get desperate. Many among the boys are not educated as they see no scope in studying. The educated lot is getting frustrated due to the increasing difficulties in landing a job.
