The Bombay High Court on Monday directed Maharashtra Government to file a detailed affidavit by August 18 following the petition filed by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited challenging the seizure of its products in araid conducted on its Pune Plant and the food inspector's order prohibiting the company from seling and distributing its products.
