Retaliating to Union environment minister Mr Suresh Prabhu's criticism, his state (West Bengal) counterpart, Mr Manab Mukherjee, today said the state government will announce in a fortnight its course of action to comply with the Supreme Court directive on the Euro norms for auto emission.
