The former Chief Minister and Leader of Oppositions, Mr Bhajan Lal, today asked the state government to implement ban on illegal felling of trees in the state.Addressing a national seminar on 'Relevance between environment and religion' here, he said the green cover in Haryana was decreasing at an alarming rate for the past several years.
