Spanish and British nuclear experts are scheduled to meet this week to discuss what to do about a British nuclear submarine that has been berthed in Gibraltar since May, awaiting repairs to a crack in the cooling system of its reactor. But the announcement has done little to dampen anxiety about the nuclear submarine, the Tireless, on both sides of the Spanish border, and much to ruffle feathers.
