Making a wide deviation from Chief Minister A K Antony's stand, Forest Minister K Sudhakaran has said that the Bill, which will be introduced in the next Assembly session to replace the controversial Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically fragile Forest land) Ordinance 2001, will have many changes and it will have all the provisions to protect the land of small farmers.
