Close on the heels of the Union urban development ministry and Delhi governmnet's joint decision to regularize 24 residential areas in the capital which have 70 percent or more industries, the industry department has identified about 12 more areas with 70 percent or more industrial concentration..These findings are part of the initial survey being carried out by the Delhi government's industry department since September. The final report is to be submitted to the government in mid. November. The earlier survey, which was carried out in 1990 had listed 24 areas which had over 70 percent industrial concentration.
