Owners of three-wheeler Vikram tempos warned to take to streets on September 18 if the Nepal government, which has already provided a number of options to replace them, fails to look into their demands. Ministry of Population and Environment (MOPE) has announced a ban the diesel-operated tempos from 18th September.
