The Tata Energy Research Institute(Teri) is organising a two-day seminar, beginning on July 22, to address key issues regarding automobile emissions. The conference will take up issues regarding fuel quality and try and evolve a consensus between the petroleum and the automobile industries and the government on emission stadards, R K Pachauri, Director Teri said here today at a press conference.
