More than 700 leading engineers, architects, town planners, designers, building material manufacturers and administrators will take part in the three-day 'Safety conference' beginning in Capital from February 14, 2005.The main aim of the 'safety conference' being organised by the safety and quality forum of the Institution of Engineers is to focus attention on issues related to safety and quality and advising governments, state and local bodies on steps necessary to ensure safety in all engineering aspects in various fields, including construction, mining, transport, power and industries.
