Three more persons died of encephalitis on Monday night and 9 patients of the deadly decease were admitted to BRD Medical College. The death toll has risen to 110 this year while 74 encephalitis patients are being treated in the hospital at present. Hena (12), daughter of Alauddin, a resident of Deoria, Maneesh (7), son of Majister, a resident of Kushinagar and Akhilesh (10), son of Radheshyam, a resident of Rudrapur, Deoria, lost their lives due to encephalitis.
