The Tamil nadu State Government has moved an appeal before a division Bench of the Madras High Court, seeking to set aside a single judge's order for a CBI probe into the Tiruoattur sandalwood smuggling case, allegedly involving a ruling party MLA, Mr. G. Shanmugam.
