The issue of the toxic wastes that had been exported to Bangladesh by Stoller Chemical Company and Transcontinental Imex more than a decade ago is still hanging fire, even though a judgment in the US court through the efforts of the US Environmental Protection Agency provided the funds needed for the Bangladesh government to dispose of it.
