Motorists will now have to produce their Pollution Under Contorl (PUC) certificates when they drive in to petrol pumps in Mumbai to tank up their vehicles. The "No PUC, No Petrol" campaign which is part of new transport commissioner Vinay Lal's anti-pollution drive will start soon.
