Taken aback by a Supreme Court order directing all commercial vehicles older than 15 years should be phased out by October 2 this year, transporters now plan to file a review petition within the next two days. Davinder Puri, general secretary of the Federation of Transport Unions Congress, said the Supreme Court order will affect nearly 80,000 vehicles.
