The KRC had planted a number of trees between the St. Anthony's High School at Galgibaga, Goa, and the KRC bridge to curb soil erosion, but illegal felling of trees during the past few weeks has posed a danger in the area. School teachers informed that over 70 trees have been felled by miscreants and this could lead to soil erosion especially during the forthcoming monsoons.
