Five individuals, including a news photographer, have endorsed before additional municipal commissioner S.J. Kunte that the plot on which the Pataliputra society in Andheri came up was earlier covered with trees. Mr Kunte was appointed inquiry officer by the Lokayukta V.P. Tipnis to ascertain whether the trees had been cut on the site where the two 13 stroyed building have come up.
