DH News Service, Bangalore: A temblor shook the southern parts of Bangalore on Friday morning. No loss of property or life was reported, but it certainly sparked panic. The tremor was felt in many parts of Bangalore, particularly Kengeri, Uttarahalli, Kumaraswamy Layout, ISRO Layout, Vasanthapura, Talghattapura, Jayanagar, Hennur-Banaswadi Road (HBR) Layout and also BTM Layout; residents of JP Nagar felt it quite strongly. People who experienced the temblor, said it took place at about 8:45 am. They heard a loud noise, more like an explosion, that lasted nearly 10 seconds.
