Tremors may give new twist to Mullaperiyar issue

The mild tremors, which rocked Kerala and adjoining Tamil Nadu, with a moderate intensity of 5 on the Richter scale, with its epicentre in Idukki district, has put a question mark on the contentious issue of restoring the water level in the Mullaperiyar dam.
