Tribals affected by World Bank-funded forestry projects are holding a five-day dharna at Roshanpura Naka here to draw attention to their plight.They say the govenment is not honouring its commitment to give them patta(ownership rights) in return for displacing them from forest land they have occupied and cultivated for decades.
