The Delhi High Court on Friday issud notices to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), its Chairman D R Mehta, Secretaries of Finance, Law and Company Affairs and Agriculture and Registrar of companies for their alleged failure to check illegal activities of plantation companies.
