The Ministry of Power has given the go-ahead to two hydro-electric power projects with an initial allocation of Rs 33.54 crores as budgetary support for the power plants. The projects given the clearance include the 710-MW Koel Karo project in Bihar and the 90-MW Loktak downstream project in Manipur.
