UK urges faster action in Sudan

Britain is tryign to inject some urgency into what it calls the crying need for firm, focused and fast international action in Sudan's western Darfur region, even as the United Nations says at least 600 people are dying every day in the world's worst humanitarian crisis. But in an interesting twist to traditional Western geo-political dominance, analysts admitted that the UK's leverage on Khartoum was likely to be limited because of burgeonning Indian and Chinese dealings with Sudan.
