The UN Security Council members have received confidential information, potentially useful in the manufactureof chemical weapons and showing how UN arms inspectors conducted some of their work in Iraq, diplomats said. The information, if passed on could help clandestine groups intent on developing chemical weapons, since it covers qualtiy control, a major production hurdles.
