SEZs: Dhumal treads cautiously Shimla, October 16 : Residents of Gagret block in Una district today demanded constitution of a committee of revenue officers to carry out demarcation of the land that would be acquired for the proposed SEZ in Gagret. The villagers of the area who fear to be displaced by the SEZ demanded to know the actual area that would be acquired and demanded that the boundary of the land be defined in public view. Over 500 residents of Gagret Block gathered at Banera village of Una district and raised several questions before District Revenue Officer Karam Singh about authenticity of the records and figures being projected by the SEZ promoter, Skil Infrastructure.
