Unable to contain the forest fires of the hills, the UP government has once again decided to seek help from para-military forces. The increasing volume of media coverage on the flaming forests was followed by a cursory visit to this urban centre of Uttarkhand by the U P Forest Minister, Mr Raghuvar Dayal Verma.
