The Gujarat Government will celebrate 2005 as 'Urban Development Year' with plans to undertake all-round development of cities with the aid of technology and people's participation. The decision was taken in Gandhinagar at a high-level meeting chaired by the Chief Minister, Mr Narendra Modi.
