The Mumbai Urban Transport Project II (MUTP) is likely to suffer more hitches before it flags off. The major obstacles in the path as of now are the cost overrun because of delay in getting clearance,uncertainity in getting commitment from the World Bank for its proposed assistance and lastly, getting clearance from the Central Government.
