The US violating many security-related treaties including NPT and CTBT say the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research and the Lawyers' Committee on Nuclear Policy in a report. It is said the treaties of which the US is in violation also include Anti Ballistic Missile Treaty, Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention and BWC protocol, Mine Ban Treaty, UN Framework Convention on Climate Control and Kyoto Protocol and the Rome Statute of International Criminal Court.
