The Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK) today accused the 'forest bureaucracy' of Uttar Pradesh of trying to sabotage the Global Environment Facility (GEF) approved project for Bio-diversity Conservation through Community Management in the proposed Rajaji National Park.
