A Rs 5 crore "vanaspati van" will be developed in the Morni hills of Panchkula district in Haryana. State ayurveda minister Kanta Devi said in Chandigarh on Saturday that this van wouldbe developed over an area od 4,945 hectares of land for which Rs 10 lakh had initially been sanctioned by the Union government.
